Shipping & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with DK TCG Cave! Below is our policies to help you understand what to expect after placing an order:

Shipping Method

  • We ship all orders using USPS with tracked shipping.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Only

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on the way.

Delivery Time

  • USPS delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 2–14 business days after shipping.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to make an address change contact us immediately before shipping, and we will be happy to assist! Orders returned back to us due to an insufficient address will be refunded minus a 4% processing fee.

All Sales Are Final/Cancellation Policy

  • Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • If you need to cancel your order, contact us IMMEDIATELY and please include your order # in the email. Your order cannot be cancelled after it has shipped. There is a 4% processing fee that will be automatically deducted from your refund. By requesting a cancellation, you are agreeing to these terms.

Why is there a 4% processing fee deducted from my refund?

  • This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dktcgcave52@gmail.com with the following information:

             -Your order number
             -Clear photos of the item and packaging
             -A brief description of the issue

  • We require photo proof to assess the situation. We may review each case individually at our discretion.
  • If a refund is approved for any reason, it will be processed within 24–48 hours.
