We are not responsible for delays or losses due to shipping carriers. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

All sales are considered final unless a product arrives damaged or is not as described.

If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery at dktcgcave52@.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may ask for photos of the item.
