Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dktcgcave52@.com with the following information:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

We require photo proof to assess the situation. While we do not offer refunds or replacements for damaged or incorrect items, we may review each case individually at our discretion.

If a refund is approved for any reason, it will be processed within 24–48 hours.

• Refunds apply to the product price only; original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, if applicable.
